Is a Disney Resort The Best Choice?

A Disney vacation is a right of passage for a lot of parents.  I did not make it to a Disney resort until I was 22.  But, I have to say I have certainly made up for it over the years. I was lucky to work for Disney in my “before kids” life and was at Disneyland many times. Then when I moved to the east cost for my job I headed to Walt Disney World for the first time in 2002. It was Christmas and it was truly magical.  We are a DVC family and visit a Disney park at least 1 time a year.  I would consider Disney the gateway drug to me starting my travel business.     Read more

One of the most common questions I am asked by prospective clients is “Why should I use a travel agent when I can just book my own trip online? Well, this week I have come up with at least three new responses for you! I thought I would share just three examples of battles I have fought just in the past 4 days on behalf of my clients:

Wow, I didn’t know that!

Going to Vegas this week is an important part of my business. I want to make sure to keep up to date on destinations, resorts, cruise ships and more.  I want to be able to have the knowledge and relationships to be able to help my clients when planning their vacation. As well, if they need help while they are actually on their vacation. No matter what business you are in you need to keep up to date on what is going on in your industry. I know I don’t know it all, but I want to do my best to stay on top of my game.
